The Waves of Magna
It is the year 1557GD, the Kingdom of Solarius had been searching for trade partners around the Magna Sea. With a military escort, trade ships were going to the coasts of Pelia. However, a tropical storm happened during the travel and one merchant ship and warship were dislodged from the group, getting pushed to the south of Pelia . They ended up beached upon the shore of the tropical land of Vola. From the first night, the crews of both ships went to gather resources and supplies. One group found some wood while another group went to gather food. The food the brought were blokas, piavs, golsod and mulders. These native fruits were very appealing to the sailors, having not eaten any fruits in months. By night time, they set up primitive tents and a campsite. The Sailors and Marines sat down and ate the food that they bought. Some took the golsod, and bit into them. They immediately felt dizzy and had a headache. With more accounts of men feeling dizzy, Captain Michael Doris sought the naval surgeon, Leo Faris due to high reports of dizziness and headaches. After a few hours, Leo came up with a hypothesis. He concluded that one of the fruits that one of the group brought, was causing side affects of dizziness and headaches, with some being allergic and died. Leo said to Michael that they just need a few days to rest and then they will be okay if they just rest.
" On the 13th of March, 1557, we had crashed landed on an unknown terra. My men and the merchants on the other ship, made a camp. We have some primitive tents and some campfires for all the men to stay warm. A group that was collecting food, came with foreign fruits, but we were so hungry, we didn't care about what it was. However, after 5 minutes of everyone sitting down, some of the crewmates were complaining of headaches and dizziness, so I called Leo Faris, our naval surgeon, to see what is causing these headaches. I will update when Leo gets back to me." An excerpt from the Journals of Captain Michael Doris
After a couple of days of being on the beach, some of the men were wanting to go back home, so Captain Doris ordered one of the ships to be cast off from the beach by making a "pusher" or type of piston-like object that would push the ship onto sea. However, this would take days and it was tiring work. Soon, however, the ship launched to to sea, with a handful of crew manning it, to bring word of the survivors on the beach. After a month of sailing, the ship arrived at Sol, and the Junior Officer Mells Wilbor went to the Admiralty and request a rescue operation. However, it would take two months to assemble a rescue operation, so the crew had to hope that those men could survive another three months.
