Fillionian Industrial Reform

According to the Queen Clara Artuariano plan, Fillionia will start their industrial reform, as during the Anarchy Period country wasn't able to be up-to-date with modern technologies. For now, Fillionia is looking for help from different countries, and all we need is:
1) Modern equipment
2) People that will be able to teach us how to use it
We also would like to allow foreign businesses to work in Fillionia, as they will help workless people to make money and boost our economy. In return, as soon as industrial reform finish, we will be able to sell more resources for countries, and those countries, that will help with this reform, will gain a discount for buying our resources.

The MoMm is willing to accept these reform idea. We are able and willing to send some of hour heavy industry devices and blueprint to aid you in this new reform. We will also be willing to set up MoMm controlled and automated manufacturing plants to aid in the teaching of the operation of the devices.

A branch of Grand Ducal University

The only university in the Grand Duchy of Japuile decides to open a new branch of its activity in the capital of Fillonia, Bluebay. The main specialization would be business and mathematics.

The future university intends to cooperate with the government, like their mother in the Grand Duchy of Japuile.

After such a long period of time Fillionian Government is eager to say that the process of industrial reform was a success, as a lot of new innovations, businesses and ideas has been brought to our country. It may take time for innovations to be part of our nation, but most importantly, Fillionia is now getting out of the situation that was brought after anarchy.

"Working on the Fillionian University project was a really refreshing experience, I can say. Completely different mentality, experiences, needs or materials. It seems to me that this is what I needed when I had a creative crisis for several months.

I wanted to thank the whole team of architects and builders with whom I had constant contact! Being the Chief Architect was something really special for a project like this.
Maybe in schools they teach us how to express ourselves nicely and develop sentences, but here there is nothing to add - even the problems were pleasant, because they were different from those already known to me.
