Movement One: Expand the cold hand of the council

"Alright lads this is the plan, first we are taking the train to the coast, when there we are going to set up the start of 4 cities then build Infrastructure from here back to the mountains. Don't be a hero and go against your time table, the army has not cleared all the traps"

As the foramen finished his speech horns sounded and train doors swung open, then the workers started to slowly fie in, one by one the train carts filled to the brim with workers and their supplies. The train was expected to reach the cost in ten hours, until then the workers are just riding to an unknown land to start the foundation of a new nation.

Once the train reached the drop off point approximately 8 hours after leaving the capital, the workers slowly vacated the train along with the building materials. Slowly the train gets unloaded and the workers start marching towards the coast. It takes half an hour for the workers to reach the coast with their supplies, then the director starts to speak into a bullhorn.

"Alright listen up because im only going to say this once, we have until nightfall to set up the foundation of the government building. Once nightfall hits we will construct the building from the inside. If we don't get the foundation constructed before nightfall, better hope you packed your bug spray"

As the director finishes his speech screaming ensued, foremen giving orders to the rank nd file. Then the rank and file follow the orders of their superiors, constructing the frames of the government building. Once dusk hit and the supplies have dwindled, the frames of the government building was complete.
