Colonel Apolline Beauchêne greeted the two councilors and the MoTs agent before confidently stepping past the secure area. She was headed to a specific meeting point with the Seraphim Security Network, carrying the Seraphim Crystal Connector, a high-tech communication device made from an artificial crystal.
"This is Apolline. I repeat, this is Apolline. The documents have been delivered. The Skimtari expressed their gratitude and asked for immediate military support to strengthen their forces. I am waiting for further instructions."
After that, she met with the Field Marshal to collect important information for the Grand Duchy of Japuile. Even though she used a translator, Apolline was fascinated by the complexity of the Skimtari language. Within days, commandos from the Grand Duchy of Japuile arrived on the scene, quickly collaborating with the Teporians to create a shared Tepror-Japuile dictionary to improve communication during battles. At the same time, agents from the Crown Security Service and the Seraphim Security Network started sharing spy techniques to enhance local intelligence efforts.
The war-torn area became increasingly unstable, and the search for the infamous Bishop, who was behind much of the conflict, intensified. His fortress, once a powerful symbol, was now surrounded by a massive force. The combined Japuilean (mainly snipers) and Teporian troops readied themselves for a final attack as insurgents launched a full-scale offensive on the fortress.
In the midst of the chaos, the Bishop was pulled from his burning stronghold, which was crumbling around him. As he faced the remnants of his once-mighty nation, a Teprorian officer labotomized him. In a split second, his reign of terror came to an end as he fell lifeless in front of the burning ruins of his dreams.
With the Bishop's defeat, a glimmer of hope emerged for Tepror, but the struggle for stability was far from finished.
