Aaron shakes Viceroys hand, its a firm shake and they give a warm smile while they do it.
Aaron: "You will to excuse my skimtari friends here. They don't know what a handshake is. So i ask you not hold that against them."
Then the talk skimtari starts to speak in some nonsense that sounds almost eldritch, but Aaron just nods at him and translates what he said. But before all that Aaron takes some of the tea and drinks it.
Aaron: "Oh yes, what he said is that his name is Field diplomat jones with the MoDa. Its a pleasure to meet you and visit your wonderful nation. May we now visit this palace i keep hearing?"
