Recently King Constance, the former king of Nicholaos has passed away at the age of 67, due to an illness. We mourn the death of Nicholaos' king. His son, Prince Nicholas, has been chosen to rule the kingdom, and take position of his father's throne. Under this new reign, new rules and policies will be put into place by him. The Carthagian Sparkalians will have to follow these new laws and decrees.
