The Republic of Tepror set up a fancy venue in its small port town. The streets are lined with silk and food vendors selling only the finest of foods. The Teprorian MoEa has invited all world leaders for an event filled with megatons of fun. The council has even planned for a fireworks display the world has never seen before. But at the center of it all, a gorgeous dock overlooking the few remaining clean sports of the sea. But something doesn't feel right, while the venue is amazing and the food is good. Your leaders and diplomats can't help but notice skimtari just sitting in the seemingly empty houses, staring at the ocean, and at the central venue one table can be barely seen, it has a map of the surrounding area and the skimtari near it continue to draw circles on the map.
