The S.C.R.A.P.S. Communication Centre, commonly known as the SCC, is an operational business division responsible for the gathering and broadcasting of news and current affairs in the S.C.R.A.P.S. and around the world. The service maintains 24 foreign news bureaus with more than 118 correspondents worldwide. The SCC is a quasi-autonomous corporation authorized by the Ministry of Information, producing local news programmes and other current affairs and sports programmes across Pelia and Pythia.

Just now, Supervisor Gilbert J. Konrad has admitted to a full claim over the Morosol Lake. This compromises the treaty of Morosol Lake which contains half control of the Morosol Lake for the S.C.R.A.P.S. government. The Crown Royal's General of Homeland Defense, General-Commandant Mikoyan Sukol commented, "Those authoritarians are taking anything for themselves. We can't let them claim what was ours to begin with, if the S.C.R.A.P.S. will not respond to a diplomatic conference, we have no choice but to embargo the S.C.R.A.P.S. confederacy to access any more trade offer from us."

A group of teenagers stumbled upon an abandoned graveyard on Arctic Mt. They discovered that the bodies in the graveyard had been infected with a new and deadly strain of Maxtopian Pox, an infection that spreads easily and causes a rash on the skin. Individuals who haven't had the disease or been vaccinated against it are at high risk of contracting it. The most prominent symptom of this infection is an itchy rash that resembles blisters.

The infected teenagers were isolated in a hospital, and as a result, Charles Jimms, the Minister of Healthcare, called an emergency meeting with top virologists to discuss the available options. Victor Golman, a professional virologist, exclaimed in the meeting that if the disease spreads, it could cause unprecedented devastation in the S.C.R.A.P.S. He also stated that both our immune systems and the pharmacological arsenal are not prepared to face this threat. The attendees agreed to quarantine the ground zero and offer vaccinations to nearby settlements to prevent the disease's spread.

As a result of the meeting, the Arctic Mt. will remain quarantined until the site has been confirmed to be free of malicious microbes. All the residents who lived on Arctic Mountain will be evacuated and offered asylum as well as vaccination at nearby cities, including Sector H, Sector K, and Sector V.
