The old saying goes...
Give a person a fish, and you feed them for a day. Give a person a fishing rod, and you feed them for a lifetime. But what happens when entire nations become those people, and nature doesn't have the ability to replenish its resources due to the large number of anglers? The fish won't have time to reproduce and make up for the individuals lost to fishing. That's when the possibility of famine arises, just like what happened in the Kingdom of Ceoxotha.
Nature could use a helping hand.
The Kingdom of Ceoxotha sends a message to the nations in the region, seeking someone to assist them in their upcoming dire situation. The country that responded the fastest was the Grand Kingdom of Japuile, a well-known absolute monarchy with a pro-environmental approach to life and technology. They sent their diplomatic representatives and water environmental engineers, whose task was to conduct an ecological assessment of the rivers.
For the diplomatic and environmental meeting on behalf of the Grand Duchy of Japuile, Royal Environmental Steward Baronet Aimeri Borde, Royale Chancellor Mainard Larue, and The Honourable Prime Lord Alard Reyrond arrived. The delegation from the Grand Duchy of Japuile warmly greeted the host country before delving into environmental discussions. They decided to get to know their hosts first.
"Your Highness Kotka, my name is Baronet Aimeri Borde, and I am the Steward of the Royal Environmental Cabinet. May we begin discussing your current situation? I believe we can find both short-term and long-term solutions together," said Baronet, a 60-year-old man with long blond hair and almond chestnut eyes. His skin is lightly tanned. He is dressed in a sleeveless vest, shirt, and pants. The shirt is white, the vest in the colors of the Japuile flag, and the pants are as black as the night.
