This is an RP post that describes events from the 1540s, 70 years ago, not from the current RP year of 1613. This RP post has a background story that explains why Yulsan hates vampires.

Republic of Anlabia, 1543 AR
Private Michael Kayden
Anlabian Defense Forces
Private Michael Kayden checked his remaining ammunition. He looked through all the pockets, but there were only 60 ammunition left. Of course, Michael's ammunition was useless against the vampires, regardless of the number of ammunition left.
Michael was the only survivor of his battalion. His battalion was attacked by vampires upon entering the city, and it took less than half an hour for his battalion to be wiped out. Michael's battalion was part of the elite division of the Anlabian Army, but in the face of the supernatural powers of vampires, the elite unit was powerless.
Michael had to pass through the park to get to where the other battalion was. Michael remembered the view of the park before the war. The park was crowded with people, and it was filled with children running around the fountain, parents watching it happily, and people like an old couple who came out for a walk to enjoy their old age.
Now, the park is full of corpses and the smell of blood.
There seemed to be no vampires in the park, but the vampires seemed to have eaten in the park. None of the corpses in the park were normal, and all of them were pale because the corpses lost all their blood to vampires.
Michael felt something stuck in his foot as he passed by the fountain and looked at the floor. Seeing the floor, Michael had to try to stop the nausea that momentarily came up. There were bodies of children on the floor, and their faces were pale, just like other bodies.
When the war began, Michael believed that vampires would be able to think like humans and therefore negotiate. He believed that if they regained their senses and talked to each other, they would be able to solve the problem.
Michael admitted he was wrong. Now, anger is starting to boil in Michael's heart.
Michael left the bodies of the children behind and headed to the airport, where there was a temporary headquarters for another battalion and division. If there were still troops there, Michael had to report the situation and join the counterattack.
But there was no one at the airport. Like a park, the airport was lined with corpses. There was no division headquarters, no other battalion.
Instead, it was the vampires who were waiting for Michael.
"There are more humans here!"
As the vampires shouted, Michael began to run away, firing his gun. He turned and ran to the boulevard in front of the airport. Michael fired his rifle at the vampires chasing him, but the vampires used their supernatural power to deflect Michael's bullets.
"It's no use running away! Human! If you surrender now, I'll kill you painlessly!"
Michael could hear the vampires coming after him, mocking him. Michael ran and ran, but he couldn't get rid of the vampires.
Suddenly, a vampire at the head of the herd bounced back, causing an explosion.
"Sergeant!"
Sergeant Theo Lampard, a fellow soldier in Michael's platoon, aimed a rocket launcher and fired at another vampire. This time, however, the vampire used his power to detonate a rocket nearby.
"Hurry up and run away! I will block this place!"
"No! Sergeant! Come with me!"
"Don't talk nonsense and run away! Save your life!"
At that very moment, a vampire lunged at Theo. The vampire bit Theo's neck, but Theo pulled out a knife and stabbed the vampire in the neck.
"Hurry up! run!"
As Theo desperately shouted, Michael was forced to run away. Michael had to live. To not become like everyone else, to not lose all of his blood to vampires like everyone else, he had to run away.
Michael succeeded in escaping up the hill. There were no vampires around. Michael looked where Theo was, but it was already full of vampires.
The whole city was full of vampires. Michael now knew he had nowhere to run.
Just then, a helicopter appeared from the sky. The helicopter appeared in the south and began to pass through the city's skies. Michael set off the flares and then started shouting at the helicopter.
"I'm here! Help me!"
It was not known if the helicopter heard Michael's cries, but the flares worked. The helicopter changed course and began flying toward the hill where Michael was. When the helicopter landed on the hill after a while, Michael opened his eyes wide and opened his mouth to let people know he was a human. This was to show that he did not have red eyes and sharp fangs.
Michael noticed the helicopter was an Anheungian military helicopter after looking at its camouflage pattern and emblem. The neighboring countries Anheung and Anlabia were on bad terms until the vampires appeared, but now they are allies in the fight against the vampires together.
After the soldiers got off the helicopter, the soldiers examined Michael and put him in the helicopter. The helicopter left the hill and took off as soon as it picked up Michael and the soldiers.
"Hey! Are you okay? Are you hurt?"
When a soldier handed Michael a bottle of water, Michael burst into tears, which he had endured so far. Thoughts of the dead children in the park, the ruined airport, and Theo's sacrifice for Michael began to eat away at his brain.
The Vampires
Matei
Blood.
More blood.
Matei couldn't stop the slaughter after he first noticed the taste of blood. For him, blood was both a water of life and a sweet drink. Matei started craving more and more human blood.
The first person who fell victim by Matei to was a researcher at the lab. The moment he tucked the fangs into the researcher's throat, Matei was overcome with joy, and he hunted more than 20 humans in the next hour.
And now Matei has started hunting humans not only because of hunger but also because of his hunger for slaughter. Matei hunted men, women, the elderly, children, and soldiers regardless. The soldiers were a more demanding adversary, but Matei used his magic to block the soldiers' bullets.
Matei felt satisfied as he sucked in the last blood left from his other victim. He couldn't remember how many victims. For Matei, all that mattered was the satisfaction and joy of hunting humans.
Republic of Anheung, 1543 AR
President Lee Seung-gyeom
"70% of Anlabia's territory has already been handed over to vampires, and Ledyanoska has lost all of its territory near the capital."
President Lee Seung-gyeom cradled his head. Despite a powerful military campaign, the human coalition was constantly being pushed out. The government of Anlabia was out of contact, and Ledyanoyska was on the verge of the capital falling.
The situation was not good for Anheung either. Although 30% of Anheung's territory has already fallen to vampires, there were few casualties thanks to the evacuation of the citizens to safety zones in advance. All Anheung's army could do was shelling and drone strikes to reduce casualties.
"Is there really no way to stop vampires? Tell me, Minister of Defense."
The Minister of Defense answered the president's words, stuttering. He was in a cold sweat.
"Sir. None of our weapons can stand up to their supernatural powers. Chemical and laser weapons are the only alternatives, but chemical weapons are only useful for surprise attacks, and currently, the power of our laser weapons is only enough to shoot down a drone in five seconds.“
The vampire's pattern of attack was simple. They continued their attacks by indiscriminately attacking humans and sucking up blood. It wasn't impossible to kill vampires with human weapons, but once they used their supernatural powers, it was impossible to attack them with conventional weapons.
The president felt a headache and closed his eyes. An overwhelming sense of helplessness began to fill the president's mind.
In 1543, less than a year after the war began, vampires encroached on more than half of the territory of the human coalition. The capital of Anlabia was taken over, and figures of the Anlabian government were missing. Ledyanoyska was in a desperate defensive battle involving all the soldiers, police, and citizens, but the front lines were pushed as far as 10 km away from Vostokgrad, the capital of Ledyanoyska.
Anheung issued a mobilization order and attacked the vampires with all the available firepower, but in the face of the vampires' supernatural abilities, they were pointless. Anheung tried to block the vampire's advance by using fighter jets to bomb bridges and roads, to no avail.
The year 1543 was the heyday of vampires. It seemed impossible for humans to defeat vampires, and Anheung was as precarious as a candle in the wind.
