The Grand Duchy of Japuile values its friends in many ways; few can perceive the small differences in behavior or treatment at the bureaucratic level. An example is The Grand Republic of Tepror, whose residents are treated like brothers - diplomatic or official procedures are faster and easier, minor errors are overlooked, and simply corrected. Even the workers and officials from Tepror would show up for vacations in Japuile, although some called it a more pleasant version of imprisonment.

The Grand Duchy of Japuile put forward a student exchange proposal between the Grand Duchy and the Karthian Republic of Tyreis, who had had positive relations for many years. In front of the Green Dome stretches a white square where some plants that can withstand Japuile's nature are presented. Representing them is Florence Leclair, who is the Royal Minister of Education - she will represent Japuile in the meeting with her counterpart from Tyreis.
Florence Leclair is dressed in a green dress with delicate floral motifs, which seems very soft and comfortable. She wears a burgundy cloak with her embroidered personal emblem on it, a gift she received from the Grand Duke for her service to education and ecology. The 55-year-old woman with blond-white hair smiles, her tired blue eyes welcoming guests from across the ocean, and a warm smile on her face. She gently folds her parasol, tapping it lightly on the white tile and curtsies as a lady should.
"Welcome, dear friends from the Karthian Republic of Tyreis! My name is Florence Leclair, and I am the Royal Minister of Education of the Grand Duchy of Japuile. I wanted to welcome you in front of the Green Dome, my personal achievement in understanding and protecting 10,000 plant species from around the world."
She said in a calm tone as the delegation had the opportunity to rest in the shade of trees and have some tea. Then Florence continued.
"Of course, we will also visit other laboratories, but Japuile is mainly known for ecology and nature because we love it with all our hearts - that's why I wanted to show you our first and strongest side, what your students can learn. I will tell you on the way about other benefits we can provide from our side for your students."
