*Directive 56.4F: Initiate Company-Wide Lockdown and Neutralize Infection Threat**
Board of Trustees,
Seeing as there is now a rather prominent epidemic of a life-altering virus threatening the integrity of Theria Incorporated, this directive establishes that A.) Theria Incorporated initiates company-wide lockdown, including the temporary shutdown of any non-vital operations, the requirement that those residing within Theria Incorporated must stay indoors and secure in either their residence or one of Maxwell Protection Corporation's many secure containment facilities, and the transportation of the Stockholders and Theria officials into anonymous, secure underground bunkers where they will electronically manage operations within Theria, B.) Theria moves vital research operations to interconnected bunkers within the secure underground operating bunker, and C.) Maxwell Protection Corporation uses its utmost ability to counteract the effects of the deadly virus in Theria Incorporated and neutralize the threat from both within and outside, and Theria Incorporated provide them with the funds and resources necessary to do so.
A.) Company-Wide Lockdown
Any operations within Theria not pertaining to mercenary contracts, research, supplies distribution, and administration must be completely shut down as of the publishing of this directive. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to continue or establish operations as it sees fit. Any resident of Theria Incorporated must stay secure and still in either their residence or one of Maxwell Protection Services Corporation's many secure containment facilities if they have no residence unless they have been infected by the virus, wherein they must report to one of the Theria Incorporated Containment Committee's facilities. Any resident found outdoors after the publishing of this directive may be questioned, injured, or fatally wounded by Maxwell Protection Services Corporation mercenaries. The Stockholders and important Theria officials will be located to a secure, monitored, and guarded underground bunker where they will be kept safe in order to effectively administer Theria Incorporated digitally.
B.) Move Vital Research Operations to Interconnected Underground Bunkers
Theria Incorporated and its subsidiaries will resume research pertaining to establishing a space station housing the Macrotel Model YB:20 Noride Supercomputer for use in market prediction, decision effectiveness estimation and maximum policy efficiency. Other research and management measures will continue as well, such as efficient hydroponic crops research, weapons research, networks research, market research and analysis, accounting, enforcement, policymaking, and general analysis. This research will be held in underground secure facilities connected to the main underground facility that houses its members and important figures. Theria Incorporated will inform citizens, provide promoted entertainment, and gather vital information through the eTherian app, which is automatically installed on each cell phone owned by Therian citizens.
C.) Grant Maxwell Protection With The Capability and Resources to Secure Theria Incorporated
Upon the publishing of this directive, Maxwell Protection Services Corporation will be granted the capability to use any force necessary in order to secure Theria Incorporated. Theria Incorporated will supply Maxwell Protection Services Corporation with any funds and resources necessary to combat the epidemic within Theria Incorporated. Macrotel Incorporated will generously invest into 51% of the stake of Maxwell
Protection Services Corporation, granting them majority ownership. Still operating within Therian's regulations on Maxwell Protection Services Corporation, Macrotel will possess control and ownership of Maxwell Protection Services Corporation, receiving 51% of its dividends. Maxwell Protection Services Corporation will act to its full ability in order to secure Theria Incorporated until it is secure and all operations are resuming as normal.
