In Etirania, Agan decided to expand his territory and become an empire, first he sent scouts.
The scouts discovered vegetation, other deserts in the west and in the east, sometimes they had some difficulties in the exploration but no unknown civilization but some died of natural causes and others by desert or tropical beasts ...Arriving at the imperial palace for the reports half returned alive. In the port cities boats are built but which is different from that of humans, the mages helped to build the boats by solidifying the sand which will be on the boats and the rest all in wood, warships, fishing, transport and exploration ships are built . Then the great chief had the title of "Hation¹ Agan Kagaton" the imperial regime expanded rapidly the tribal and clan chiefs have the title of "Katon²" the tribal and clan chiefs can still govern their territory but they will have to be subject to Hation current , the Lands called "The Lands of the Great Chiefs" no longer existed, the capital remained there. And the civilization then renamed itself as the "Empire of Etirania"
