Invitation for Tepror to The Serrathis Spring Hall

A letter finds itself on the head-of-state's table in the capital, a letter with a bright yellow tint, helping it stand out amongst the other cluttered pieces of papers and documents. A red seal with the Auredian coat of arms is present on the letter. Opening it, the contents are as follows:

Invitation to Serrathis Celebrations
"To the Grand, esteemed Republic of Tepror: Your leaders and officials are hereby formally invited to a banquet in the city of Serrathis. We offer the most authentic Auredian experience on the Oksai Sea's shore and wish to formally establish public relations with Tepror as a fellow Republic in a land of Monarchies. We hope to see you all in Serrathis soon! Please hold onto this letter as a proof of invitation."

Attached within the letter is a small, foldable map of Serrathis, with a red circle drawn over the Serrathis Spring Hall, a large glass building situated along the coastal portions of Serrathis. A date is also provided, being: Florentina 25th, 1614 AR.

Once again, a letter has somehow found itself unopened on the Council's desk, and once again the entire ministry was placed on lockdown. The council guard was summoned and immediately the entire bureaucratic heartland of tepror, everything was halted dead in its tracks and the council regretted its decision to give the Council guard more authority over them when in danger. Then after the Council guard carefully inspected the ENTIRE ministry, inspected the letter top down, every molecule inspected for literally anything that could endanger the council, but they found nothing so the letter was handed over to the council.

"Councillor" Their Personal guard branches into the council chambers after what feels like forever. "Nothing was found wrong, this may have just been an undocumented letter. Here for your review, lockdown will be lifted in half an hour." And with a stomp of his boots and the crispest of salutes, he turns around and marches out of the room. The twins grab and look at the letter, its another invite. This is unfortunately the SECOND time its happen, but Amanda Griffin decided to do something different. "H'xt! Get the motorcade ready, I'm feeling a vacation a brewing. Have fun moping around all day theo, I'm leaving" But before Theo could even get a word out she already left for the Ministry airstrip. But before she hopped on the jet she grabbed one of the council guards, "Oh before I get on, get one of those experimental jets, fly faster than us, and sent a letter saying;"

To the gracious city of Serrathis:
We thank you kindly for your offer and I will be sending myself to attend these events, also please please please please please please please never send a letter without far warning to our desk ever again. You somehow got a letter past one of the most secure buildings in the world and stuck us in lockdown for three hours. But no hard feelings, just need to explain it to the Executive council, they adore me though so it wont be an issue!
