As Sparkalia passed its third anniversary on March 21, once more we acknowledged much of what it has accomplished thusfar. As one of the first to call Sparkalia home, I have watched it rise to become what it is today to many: a special place safe to be who you are where other places you may be cast out or a misfit. Whether it is worldbuilding your perfect fantasy on the roleplay world of Sparkalia, participating in a multi-player Paradox game, or launching a villain arc by joining the Sparkling Army, there has never been a shortage of opportunities to find yourself here. With the third anniversary, the health of the region also came into perspective.
I have consulted with trusted advisors. With their help, I considered the state of Sparkalia and where it stood and what future it could have. From our discussions, I considered what would be most reasonable for myself and what would be best for the future of the region and the community. I looked to the present and the past, including the precedent set by my predecessor. For several days, I considered what was discussed as it would affect the community and its future which would lead me to my decision.
Today, I crown once Timi S. Krane, better known as [nation]Nova Vinelandia[/nation], as Crown Princess and twice by abdicating, effective immediately. She has demonstrated in my time working with them their ability to lead the region and I trust that he will continue to lead the region in the best direction. I wish her luck as High Queen of Sparkalia and look forward to what more the region will accomplish.
