She sighs as she immediately makes her way down the hall, quickly discarding her dress with the suit and tie that was hidden under it, she then takes out an earpiece and quickly puts on a and turns it on. "Careful there hubby, case you were too dumb to understand 'bang' means shes undercover security services and has a gun. If I were you I'd humor her." A dry chuckle is heard on his side as he starts conversing with the human. Adilola keeps walking down the hall, eventually reaching the Blue Rose Palace's security room, there 3 skimtari keep their eyes locked on the security cameras, not entirely aware of who is behind them.
So she just casually walks past them, the skimtari paying no mind to her as she enters the server room and places the little electronic into one of the server racks and just leaves, the skimtari never even taking their eyes off the cameras. She fixes her suit as she starts to walk deeper in the Fire exit/security hall, "Bug is planted, now all we have to do is wait for the evening to start, I'll raid the armory and help Sam in. Keep being charismatic you, and for the love of God's don't get found out." She laughs as she says it, then the response in her earpiece sounds less than happy. "Your the one who got us caught last time, oh and screw you for making her talk to me. Only reason she stopped is because were sitting for dinner, I eating your portion by the way."
"Aww, don't do me like that dude, is that how you treat your wife? Gosh maybe we do need marriage counseling" She keep walking until she is met with a huge locked door in front of her, she runs her hand over the door. "Was this always here, did he ever tell us about We cut it." But then, the door slides open, and a dude in pajamas. "Yes I did, you weren't listening." He steps aside to let her in, but she stands there slack jawed for a bit. "How- How the hell did you get in? You got passed security AND protection services? WE cant even do that, and your in pajamas no less!" He simply whips out a Security clearance card and documentation. "Im technically on the Maintenance team for the Prime Director, I just paid some kid to act as a school newspaper journalist and ask for pictures. They thought I wouldn't figure out how their authorization work. They are right for course, but funny enough, no one bothered to look closer when they saw the black on my card."
He leads them through a large Maintenance area, walking past actual Maintenance workers and some guards watching them. Though they don't bat an eye to him, they actually look a little scared to look at him. "So the armory is down that way, you said." He clenches his first and closes his eyes in an attempt to remember what exactly the lan was. "When the prime director starts his speech cut the power. But before that you were going to plant a bug in the Control room while I get you into the Amory, then we both go back to the control room where you clear it out, by then you get into position your husband, speaking of what the hell is his name? Why would you make his title what you already call him? Like I've heard Security Services call each other 'Hangman' or 'Rat tail' and I know enough about police jargon to know that those are insults- Sorry side tracked."
He takes a deep breath as they finally make it to the armor, to which he just simply takes a key and swings it open. "they aught to upgrade the security here soon. This place is really old, its cool don't get me wrong, but like only so many guards will help, evidently." He side steps and Lets Adilola in, to which she promptly grabs two Automatic rifles, and one pistol, to which she promptly hand it to him. "His names Kane, sorry we never told you, usually only use code names around you. So what's your Code name Phoenix?" He kinda looks at her blankly as he takes the pistol. "That is my name, my dad had a thing for birds he's never seen and he couldn't call me Griffin because it was very very frowned upon, so that is my actual name." She makes an audible 'huh' as he explains that, now understanding when he was so confused every time she asked for his name.
"That actually makes... so much sense.... dang im dumb." She checks her watch, wow is that the time. "Huh, time flies huh? 15 minutes till, lets hurry this up before we miss our shot. Remember, you just need to lock the doors and stream the video, don't be a hero and get the hell out." He nods and they both quickly make their way to the control room, but before they could get out of the area 2 new guards stop them, one actually dressed in formal uniform and the other in the stereotypical suit and kevlar vest. "Stop, why do you have 2 rifles, and why are you not in uniform?" He glares at them, the scar on his face really not helping them keep their nerves steady. Phoenix takes out his faked keycard and documentation, "here on order of the Prime Director, last minute maintenance, the armory door lock was busted so I'm conscripting her from formal to armed security, just asking her to carry my rifle, I've got other things to carry after all."
He maintains eye contact spite his intimidating nature, but then the officer takes his documentation and looks at it carefully. "I don't remember auditing you, Security director Smith, security detail of the Prime Director. How come i've never seen you even though your on orders from the Prime Director?" Phoenix shifts uncomfortably as he continues to not break eye contact. "You really think maintenance is noteworthy? there's a hundred of us, and no enforced dress code. I'm just in pajamas because the guests wont see me and I'm just dealing with the electronics and the control room. Speaking of, this place really needs a key card system. Only reason I'm here is because I noticed the Amroy electronics were busted." The Secruity Director glares at his documents for a little longer, then the two, then hands back the documents. "Why don't we both walk down to control, I can confirm with the Prime Director there."
"Great, that's totally fine, Fun fact, I actually worked on his personal security system in his house. So he may not be too happy that you are treating me like an intruder." Phoenix puts on a show of shifting from uncomfortable to pissed off, but the Director doesn't care, he just walks to the control room with the other guard, who sticks behind to make sure they don't deviate from the path to the control room.
In the main dining hall everyone is being served their meals and interacting with their appointed tablemates, unfortunately Kane is stuck with the human who has all together forgotten that shes acting as undercover security. "So that's the best way you can get stains out of clothes." Kane, who looks like the soul had been snatch straight from his soul just blankly agreed with everything she said. "Uhuh, that's just- so interesting, tell me again how the theory of color staining is actually a cultural phenomenon to sell more clothes? I missed the part where it ties into it all." She gets ready to go into another long winded speech, but is thankfully interrupted by the Prime Director himself tapping his Champaign class with his fork as he takes center stage.
"Greetings friends, Family, fellow statesmen, and honored delegates. I thank all of you from the deepest part of my heart, for attending today." He places his glass down and takes out some note cards. "In this era of peace and prosperity, it is often easy to forget out past, forget from where we came. Not even 2 years ago we weren't united, just settled peoples under constant threat of the bugs, and direct control of the Teproians. And nothing against the Teprorian delegation, just stating the facts that you still have dominion over us." This gets a soft chuckle out of most of the room, but a clearly forced chuckle from the Teprorian table. "But we must remember, we stood united against the odds, and came out a unified people. We did not resort to violence when United to remain united, our unification didn't breed more hate in our hearts for those who opposed our unification. In war we were forged, but became a tool for peace and prosperity!"
During his speech, a few of the Dinner goers stand up, and calmly leave the hall, presumably to go to the bathroom, but the Prime director keeps talking. "Now, the delegates dinner was a place to honor those who run our federation, but today, I'd like to take a small detour, specifically to the delegates tables." He turns and raises his glass to them, a small charming smile on his face. "For without our friends in the international stage, we would not be where we are today."
As he keeps talking, Phoenix and Adilola finally make it to the control room, to which the 3 skimtari finally turn to face them. The security director gives a salute and two of them go back to work, but one turns around to face them. "Tell me, this guy check in this morning with security." He looks a phoenix and gestures for him to hand over his documents, to which he complies. The Skimtari takes a good, long, in-depth, look at the document, but then turns around to consult a list. Which just makes everything more tense as he takes his sweet time, the Security Director looks extremely impatient as he takes his time. "Oh for gods-" He snatches the list and looks at it much faster than the Skimtari.
"Hmmm, I don't se-" "OH FOR GODS SAKE" Phoenix snaps as he takes his pistol and slams the grip onto the guard watching them, Adilola understands the memo and slams the stock of her rifle into the back of the director before he turns around, both of them falling straight to the ground unconscious. Then she raises her gun at the Skimtari, "Don't move or your gonna get hurt Bad." They all raise their hands and shift to the corner, Phoenix slams the door shut, then grabs the zip ties off the unconscious people and zip ties all the Skimtari and their three arms. "Dude, I've never seen you snap before, you ok-" "Shut up and go get in your spot, I'm only capable of so much stress."
She nods and rushes to the fire exist leading to the main hall, there she slings one rifle and readies the other, Phoenix on the other hand stays behind and grabs a radio off the desk. "Mr Director, we appear to have a situation out of the Main hall, please ensure no one leaves yet. Situation is being dealt with but I have no ETA." There is a noticeable nod in the Prime Director as he admits to stalling, and promptly starts to stall. Then Phoenix opens the Control Panels operations menu, inputs some codes, then the lights cut, and all the security doors lock.
