After much deliberation, Brigade Command has requested the formation of an international organization to draft and ratify a declaration regarding the rules of war, direct international aid initiatives, resolve global or regional disputes, and restoring as well as keeping the peace for the foreseeable future through various means. For the sake of making the process as streamlined and efficient as possible unanimous and immediate attendance of the leaders of all nations willing to cooperate is requested for the Formation Summit at the Central Command HQ, or optionally a more suitable location in a willing and neutral host nation.
