Clause A: Agreement to Join The International Administration of Commerce
By signing digitally or physically this document and each of its sections, you agree to be bound to the terms and conditions hereof, and elect a legal entity as a new member of the International Administration of Commerce. This Clause will describe the terms and conditions of the Agreement (Section I), Scope of Services (Section II), and Consideration (Section III).
Section I. Terms and Conditions
The International Administration of Commerce (the "Administration") will reserve the right to construct, remove, alter, or adjust property and assets of its children as decided by its respective children. The Administration reserves the right to alter, promote, demote, or remove any organization as decided by its chambers. The Administration reserves the right to monitor and record telecommunications and transactions between its member organizations. The Administration reserves the right to investigate and apprehend cybercrime, fraud, and other actions with malicious intent within its member organizations. The Administration reserves the right to dedicate, use, withdraw, and spend its provided funds as it sees fit.
Section II. Scope of Services
The Administration and its member organizations will use the BridgeCredit stablecoin in order to promote seamless international trade. Member organizations reserve the right to preserve their national currency for use in national stores and purposes, as well as foreign exchange trade. There will be a combined market within the Administration for other currencies or bonds not related to BridgeCredit, such as stocks, cryptocurrency, and foreign exchange trade. The Administration will oversee all international and subnational trade and commerce of its member organizations, and will work to advance and promote international trade between its member organizations. This includes services such as building transportation networks, establishing digital networks, managing air traffic, controlling fraud, and other beneficial services.
Section III. Consideration
Each member organization of the International Administration of Commerce shall, from the date of their signature(s) of this contract, shall pay exactly bC 500,000 (USD $395,236) quarterly to the Administration in order to supply it with the funding necessary to properly manage and advance trade and commerce within its member organizations.
