Clause A: Agreement to Join The International Administration of Commerce
By signing digitally or physically this document and each of its sections, you agree to be bound to the terms and conditions hereof, and elect a legal entity as a new member of the International Administration of Commerce. This Clause will describe the terms and conditions of the Agreement (Section I), Scope of Services (Section II), and Consideration (Section III).

Section I. Terms and Conditions
The International Administration of Commerce (the "Administration") will reserve the right to construct, remove, alter, or adjust property and assets of its children as decided by its respective children. The Administration reserves the right to alter, promote, demote, or remove any organization as decided by its chambers. The Administration reserves the right to monitor and record telecommunications and transactions between its member organizations. The Administration reserves the right to investigate and apprehend cybercrime, fraud, and other actions with malicious intent within its member organizations. The Administration reserves the right to dedicate, use, withdraw, and spend its provided funds as it sees fit.

Section II. Scope of Services
The Administration and its member organizations will use the BridgeCredit stablecoin in order to promote seamless international trade. Member organizations reserve the right to preserve their national currency for use in national stores and purposes, as well as foreign exchange trade. There will be a combined market within the Administration for other currencies or bonds not related to BridgeCredit, such as stocks, cryptocurrency, and foreign exchange trade. The Administration will oversee all international and subnational trade and commerce of its member organizations, and will work to advance and promote international trade between its member organizations. This includes services such as building transportation networks, establishing digital networks, managing air traffic, controlling fraud, and other beneficial services.

Section III. Consideration
Each member organization of the International Administration of Commerce shall, from the date of their signature(s) of this contract, shall pay exactly bC 500,000 (USD $395,236) quarterly to the Administration in order to supply it with the funding necessary to properly manage and advance trade and commerce within its member organizations.

Administration defense contract
The chamber of tepror has proposed a legislation to inures the defense of not only the nations in the administration, But also the international trade routes. This contract was nicknamed the "merchant army", The contract has 3 conditions

Condition 1, scope of services:
The merchant army will be tasked with guarding international trade routs and nations within the administration. This army however is NOT an offensive fighting force, thus will never be used as an offensive force. If any part of the merchant army is used in any of the following will be in breach of contract, Offensive wars, terrorism, large scale offensives onto non core territory.

Condition 2: breach of contract:
If any member of the administration breaches this contract in any way, This condition will decide their punishment.
First offensive; 50thousand bCfine
second offense: suspension of merchant army rights
Third offense: Expulsion of the use of the merchant army, 500 thousand bC fine
Fourth offense suspension of administration member rights,
Final offense: Total expulsion from the administration without a chance of rejoining

International Administration of Commerce,

Seeing as being officially involved in seamless international trade is beneficial to both market reach and specialization efficiency, this document proposes that: A.) Macrotel Corporation purchase all of the land contained within the island located directly northeast from the city of Bijoux, and B.) Macrotel work with other nations within the IAC to develop and construct structures and mechanisms on the island that will be used solely by the International Administration of Commerce for its operations.

B.) Purchasing of Land For and Development of The IAC Headquarters

The IAC is in need of a headquarters to act as its base of operations, its secure site for currency verification servers, its secure storage of confiscated or other goods, and its meeting place of key figures. Therefore, Macrotel will purchase from private vendors all of the land within the island located northeast of the city of Bijoux, and will provide that land to the IAC for official use, on the condition that the IAC pay a small land tax to Macrotel for the usage of the land.

C.) Construction of The IAC Headquarters and Other Structures and Mechanisms

Macrotel will work with other member nations of the IAC to develop the land of the purchased island in a manner which is necessary for the proper running and administration of the IAC, and construct or develop other structures or mechanisms that benefit the IAC and its members and do not constrict expansion of the IAC headquarters.
