Äķķeţ, ever so slightly agitated, sighs, rises from his desk and moves to the top desk. He pulls a piece of paper from somewhere and clears his throat before speaking.
Äķķeţ: "I, Äķķeţẋhinó Ag-Ṡṡķițäk Țënvin, on the behalf of the Magna Economic Union as a delegate, am honored to address the representatives of the Pythian Union member states here today on the importance of peace and cooperation between our two great unions. As I stand here today, I am reminded of the countless benefits that people can achieve when they work together towards a common goal, Both the Magna Economic Union member states and the Pythian Union member states have a rich history, culture, and tradition that are worth preserving and cherishing. However, we must also acknowledge that we live in a complex and interconnected world, where peace and cooperation are vital for the future of our continued progress and prosperity."
"We will further such a future if we work together. Our shared values of freedom, rule of law, and prosperity are the foundation of our unions, and they are also the values that will guide us towards a peaceful and prosperous future. It is time for us to recognize that we have more in common than we have differences. We share a desire for peace and security, for economic growth and development, and for the well-being of our people and by working together, we can achieve great things. We can create new opportunities for trade and investment, expand cultural exchange programs, and collaborate on scientific research and development. "
"But more than that, we can build a foundation of trust and respect that will serve as the bedrock of our unions relationship as well as our indiviudual state relations for years to come. We can show the world that it is possible to come together in a spirit of peace and cooperation and the Magna Economic Union and Pythian Union can serve as a shining example of what can be achieved through peaceful cooperation and mutual respect. Together, we can create a world where our differences are celebrated, and our commonalities are strengthened and to start such a journey we must start by listening to each other, by seeking to understand the perspectives of our counterparts in either union. Let us engage in constructive dialogue, recognizing that while our opinions may differ, we share a common goal of building a better world."
"And to further transparency, trust and respect, I am appointed as the MEU delegate who will remain in this Assembly hall as both an delegate as well as an ambassador for the Magna Economic Union, you may call me Akket if my name truly is too hard for you all normally."
"Thank you all for listening."
He gives a slight bow before moving from Marry's desk back to his own where he comfortably sits and waits.
