General development has been ongoing in Ekena as it focused more on its internal issues rather than external. Though a threat of invasion by colonists either it being Pythian, Dacian, Ilusian, or Pelian. A nation small and insignificant but is hosts a military that can properly defend itself along with allied forces.

Though as geopolitics shifts and the politics within Ekena also changing. President Milena Kalili would be flown from the presidential seaplane to the Crown Royal. Hearing rumors of an ancestral shark nation that resides on the continent of Pelia.

The presidential seaplane lands in its supposed destination with the President of Ekena coming out of the plane with a swimsuit to keep herself clothed. Usually she would wear something more formal but she wasn’t sure where the people of this nation lived or did their businesses.

Kalili would see a single seaplane tender emerge from the shadows, with a few crew. After the seaplane is roped, it is then tugged into the Winter Palace's internal seaplane hangar. Within this natural cave turned seaplane hangar lies a few BV-138's for transport work, several smaller plane and tender boats, and a reserved spot for the visiting seaplane and her passengers.

The presidential seaplane was towed onto a platform that rose, raising the plane to the point where the water was merely feet-deep. The seaplane was also tied down to prevent it from moving around places. Out the industrial lift came several Crown Royal Grenadiers, but not to defend the palace, but to welcome the guests.

The Grenadier-commander greeted Kalili, with a simple formal introduction, and a welcome to the Winter Palace, before escorting the presidential entourage onto the elevator.

Kalili along with her pilot would be inside the seaplane as it was being tugged into the Winter Palace’s hangar. The pilot shutting off the engines and the president taking a look around to see the architectural differences the nation had from Ekena. While modern Ekena architecture has a fusion of colonial European style architecture along with native architecture due to Polslavan influences mixing with Ekena’s architecture created a blend of modern and native building styles.

Once they were able to get off of the seaplane the president would wear a formal blazer over her black swimsuit and greet the Grenadier-Commander.

Kalili: “Aloha, I am President Kalili of the Republic of ‘Ekena. Here to open ties to the Crown Royal. I’ve heard quite the rumors of this nation and it’s been awhile since our nation has made appearance on the international stage, I figure this would be a good way to start it,” she would say as she raised her hand awaiting to shake the hand of the Grenadier-Commanded, “And who may you be if it is not rude of me to ask?” she said.

The Grenadier-Commander shook her hand
"Welcome to the Winter Palace, President. Your visit."

The commander escorts Kalili onto the large industrial hydraulic elevator and dusts the control panel. Waiting for Kalili's entourage to get on, she walks up to the president.

Commander Fisk : "I'm Fisk. Pleased to make your acquaintance."
Fisk presses a button, labeled Floor 7, a bell rings, and the metal grate-door slowly closes
Fisk : "Mind the gap. Hold onto the railings if you feel unstable."

Kalili: “A pleasure to meet you Mr. Fisk. I haven’t met too many Aquatic species in Sparkalia and one that is nearby and similar to us to some capacity, albeit we may have different paths of governing, outlooks, strengths, and weaknesses. Though I hope to look past that and gain some solid foundation in our diplomatic ties,” she says holding onto the railing as the metal grate-door slowly closes.

Fisk: : "Mr? That's odd. We usually call the 'male' robots that."
Fisk takes off the decorative stalheim with the golden halo. It's revealed to the entourage that Fisk is female from the hairstyle. Not a great discovery, but a hint of what biological madness is to come.
"You know, that remi-"
The metal grate door smacks shut, and with a sudden jolt and a whirr of hydraulic motors, the elevator goes upwards.
"Nevermind. Anyways, it won't be long until you meet the Emperess. She isn't as great as other monarchs, or whatever else is outside. But she's honest."
Fisk hands her ceremonial stalhelm over to an officer.

The elevator rumbles and crawls up the shaft, passing large signs, They pass Floor -5, -4...
It's a slow ride, so there's a lot of time before you reach Level 7, so there's some time for small talk.
