The grand mage picks up one of the manuals, just skimming the pages.
"Hmm... No chances. Just educate them until all nine are positively ready. I will put my full trust in your skills." She says as she puts down the manual. "Now i will do my thing."
Now, the rites. The chambers are all drained, the sharks prepared. Still on life support. The first part is done, as they bring bodily functions to life with electric shocks to certain brain parts via low voltage tesla coils. After ensuring that all signs are normal for a comatose patient, the grand mage moves some people out of the way and begins the 'waking'. Essentially, starting the consciousness. But it's a new experimental spell too, as usually it's done for semi-sentient beings like walker mechs and whatnot.

After the somewhat flashy magic procedures, the check again. Alive, with brain activity even. Mission success! Now it's Sorbet's turn, so they put the newly-made Corai sharks on anesthetics, and put all the educators in a bus, and all the Corai sharks in the special ambulance semitruck. The site for raising the Corai sharks turns out to be a coastal resort near Korolya, about 20km from the city's edges.
In hopes of a proper learning environment, it was determined [from logic] that raising them in a lab [like in those scifi anime] is not a good idea, especially if they can tear metal and rip Croen sharks in half [hypothetically]. So a quiet, safe place was chosen.

The mansion that's about the size of a resort is about 20 kilometers squared of savannah, ocean and islands. The resort has an asphalt runway, multiple warehouses, enough rooms for 2000 guests and much more for staff, private gardens and greenhouses, large open fields [no golf] a small stable with camels, among other things. But nothing over the top. The main complex itself is by the sea, and usually the CRN Prince of Magadan is docked there with her escorts, as the resort itself is where the Prince of Magadan stays when in the Korolya Area. But for now, the Prince of Magadan is busy returning home from Japulie accompanying Sukol, and she will dock her ship at her home kingdom for some domestic affairs.
so it's a supermansion that has a dock that also has a beachside mansion with an nearby island mansion, with security from the Crown Armee and Crown navy
The bus and the truck drive in from the nearby large town, inspected by Crown Armee guards, and drive an extra 2km into the property and end up inside the main super mansion. The educators are put in the West wing, along with the Corai sharks. They are provided a nearly bottomless budget and all the time in the world to make them 'civilized'.
