Grand Ducal lucks for the hunt.

Ambassador Franche observed the war via the internet and the eyes and ears of sharks, whom she managed to persuade into deeper cooperation through significant initiative and a charming smile. According to the procedures from the Capital, if the war does not affect the citizens of Japuile or state stability, it should be disregarded – what other states do is their own concern.

Ambassador Franche sent a brief diplomatic-private note that read: “May the Sea Waves favor you, and may the Light show you the path to victory.”

On the net, much of what you see is similar to the [real world] Chechen wars, but in the desert. Estastanians fight bravely and valiantly die, while the Otrorheimans raise their hands in surrender in droves.
From the sharks point of view, the war is in the back of their mind. "After all, it's not here. Why worry?" was what one of the shark servers told Franche.

The note was quickly responded to by the Emperess Kohl herself. It reads out:
"Thank you, for the wishes. Though it will be swift, prayers and hope are still accepted with open arms.

Emperess Kohl has found the existence of the IMTU [ International Mariner Trade Union ], and decides to make the Crown join it. Surely nothing bad will come of this...
Kohl wrote a letter, simple and plain. It reads:

' The Crown requests to join the IMTU by Q2 of this year '

"It's not good enough. Too short..." Kohl murmurs. "I'll go ask the Minister of Foreign Affairs to make me a letter for it."
The sharj crumples the paper up and flings it away. The crumpled paper bounces off the wall and misses the trashbin by a centimeter. It bounces about a bit and
"Scheiße. I missed it." Kohl sighs, before grabbing the landline phone. But wait, the Foreign Affairs minister isn't at the office. She nabs her phone and unplugs the charger cable and scrolls down her contacts. There's so many contacts...
Oh wait? Oh, finally. Kohl rings up the Foreign Affairs minister. Ring, ring, and after a minute the minister picks up.

"Allo? Is this the Emperess?" The minister asks.
Kohl replies, "Ja, I need you to write me a letter, about the Crown joining the International Mariner trade thing."
"Huh? Oh, alright. I'll have the letter done by dinner. Should I write it or you later?"
"Eh, I think you should just print it." Kohl sighs, "Send a digital copy of the letter to the Herwans too. Mind doing that?"
"Alright, see you soon."

Kohl hangs up, and sighs. Now it's done, is it? Only partway. Now Kohl has to prepare to go outside of the Crown for about the third time in this year, and this time she'll arrange a home flight on a commercial flight. Much wonderful. Now to decide on the suit she'll wear. Her battle gown? The one with bloodstains of every king and queen she had slain? No, too metal. The regular suit? A bit too stiff, honestly. Been a while since it got deep washed... Can't use the civilian fit either, as that's for going shopping and cafe-ing unnoticed by the paparazzi. So what?

"I got an idea, I'll just uh... i should just get a suit and my robe then. A robe and a three-piece tuxedo, with only the Crown flag pin on it. Do i have a dark blue tuxedo? Something in Prussian blue..."
Kohl puts the phone down and walks over to the wardrobe.

Letter to the IMTU, assembled by Korolya's Foreign Minister

The Crown is interested, and requests to join the IMTU by Q2 of this year. Discussions can begin in either Herwa or Korolya, in the Crown.

The Herwans were undertaking a humongous task when making the International Mariner into union, this was not only their attempt to secure favorable trade deals and partners, they were attempting to forge the IMTU into one of new global alliances, maybe even turn it into the global peace mediator. BUt as it stands they have to start small, and small started with their first member.

The HCC decided to appoint Bryver Lullam, a member of the Herwan left to the position of the Commissar general of the IMTU, and he was more than ready to accept this, though he had to relinquish his seat in the assembly he got a much more powerful position with the HCC, and with that a lavish office in the still under construction HQ.

He is sitting in his office on a nice breezy afternoon, not expecting much and just scrolling on the Herwan internet, but then a nice and soft knock on his door. "Mr. Lullam, a letter for you." His secretary quickly rushes inm puts a letter on his desk, and leaves, somehow his secretary being more busy than him. He takes out the letter and he reads it, not bothering to see where it came from, and when he finished the extremely short letter he rushed out into his secretaries area.

"Sylvelynn, get a-" She shuts him off almost immediately already done, they are coming here. "Jeez, let me do something for once." He snatches the letter and walks off to the diplomatic office, in there it was almost as slow as his office area, ignoring the construction crews. "Hey hey hey my favorite dudes, got time to deliver another letter for me?"

The office workers groan as they walk over and pull out the paperwork for international delivery, he had single handedly forced the Clairview diplomatic services to actually do their job after Herwa moved their capital, after a long period of groaning and teenagers getting a singular letter ready for shipping. The first applicant or the IMTU had been accepted for the admittance process.

"Did they receive it?" Emperess Kohl asks as she sips some tea from her mug.
The foreign minister shark stumbles in, shaking after some incident in the hallway, "It's... yeah, they got it. They are asking for cultural, dietary restrictions and RSVP..."

Kohl looks back from her chair. "Got lost? You seem like you ran a marathon. I said there was a reason high heels weren't allowed in this castle..."
"I know, I know... I almost got caught in some crazy spell... I managed to run out but i broke my work heels, so i got some sandals-"
"That's my bath slippers." Kohl says, looking over her shoulder. "It's fine, i got a whole crate of them to use. It's like hotel slippers. Oh, and about the reservations, just send it to the administrative branch. They'll fill it in and send it back, don't worry."

"That's it?" the minister saidd, stumped, "Did i have to go to you?"
"You do, what made you think you can skip me?"
"I could have texted you, Emperess..."
"I don't roll that way." Kohl sighs. "Someone could have easily hacked it too. I know since the Spionageabwehr chief demonstrated it to me."
"Well, can I stay here for a bit? Grand Mage Reindottr is doing some palace repair spells and I'm scared I might get hit by some spell that turns me into something."

Emperess Kohl pours another mug full of hot water from the boiling kettle, a stainless modern electric one from the city. She drops in an instant tea bag and stirs it up with a tea spoon.
"Sure. Do spill some tea on what happened on the way up." Kohl says with some curiosity as she pushes the mug to the opposite end of the small round table. "Soon I'll be meeting my cousins from my mother's side, so do make it quick."

To IMTU, assembled by Crown Administration

CRN Golden Sea will arrive in two weeks with an envoy. Do not resist.

"Sir they responded, and quite quickly no less." Says Sylvelynn walking into Lullams office handing him a piece of paper sent to Crown Royal. "Something about not resisting, sounds worrying enough, then again it probably wouldn't be wise if they tried to invade us. Teprors still our boss after all."

Max does not look up from his intense internet scrolling session, reading a particularly interesting article about a particularly uninteresting cat named Dr Wibbles the cat goalie. "Well, lets get the meeting room ready, or at least any meeting room that doesn't have about 600 planks of wood." He logs out of his computer begrudgingly and gets up to wander the IMTU building.

They walk all across the building, literally no room in this entire building isn't completely built. However they did find a relatively nice room that only has 300 planks of wood in there. "Welp, at least its less than 600 planks like I mandated. Uhhhhh, lets just... Hmmm"

He gazes in this empty room, that conveniently faces the Sea. "Let's get the fancy table, shove a bunch of chairs in there, maybe a glass of water, oh does Dorine still have a flow selection? If yes then grab some of those." His assistant nods and quickly rushes off to go get the things, or tell someone else to get the things.
